On the 5th instant I had the honour of arplying to the Govern-

ment of Hongkong for the favour of a license for wireless telegrerhy

under the wireless Teletaphy Ordinances No 7 of 1903 and to 42 of 1900,

which application has been refused by Bis bxcellency the Officer Adminis- boring the Government, Sir Henry lay, and i would most respectfully beg

to submit to your lordship's kind consideration, my application for a wireless teluraphy license,

Ly intention is to use it commercially on my own behalf as at

present there is no wireless station in Longkong.

Ly instrument is a n Lkheric patent of New York and any irfor-

mation in addition to what the "overnment of Longkong are in rossersion,

which your 10. dship mat consider, necessary I would have the honour of

respectfully laying before your lordship.
